Customer
notices will be mailed to all
residents announcing the program.
Access to homes will be necessary to
install the new water meter and
reading equipment. All water meters
are located inside of the home. The
installation process takes about 20
minutes to complete during which
water service interruption will
occur for 5 to ten minutes. If no
one is home during the installation
process a notice will be left at the
property to call and schedule an
appointment. Customers are asked to
secure loose pets, if access to the
property is required to replace the
meter and make sure the meter area
is clear of stored items.
National
Metering Services, Inc. is
responsible for the system
integration, supply of materials and
overall project management.
HD Supply Waterworks is
responsible for material supply,
system implementation and overall
project management.
The water
meters and radio equipment being
installed are manufactured by the
Sensus. For more

All
National Metering Services, Inc.
employees are in uniform and have
proper identification. All
installers have had background
checks completed by the State Police
prior to employment.
