National Metering Services, Inc., Kearny, NJ, October 4, 2004 – National Metering Services announced today two additional appointments to their project management team, as demand for their installation services continue to grow. George Sowinski has been appointed Southwestern Regional Manager for National Metering Services Inc. With the rapid growth of large scale AMR deployments in the United States, National 's management felt the need to have a more significant presence in the southwestern market of the United States stated Joseph Castrovinci, President of National Metering Services, Inc. Speaking about the latest appointment he added, George's vast knowledge of utility systems, management experience and mechanical ability will be a great addition to our growing management team. Sowinski will be coordinating the deployment of 150,000 gas & water meters in Corpus Christi, Texas. The system once installed will be read by a fixed base network. Sowinski's previous position was with the New Jersey based Public Service Electric & Gas Company at the Salem Nuclear Generating Station as a Nuclear Technician. Yong Han has been appointed Vice President of Sales to support the growing number of installation projects for National Metering Services, Inc. Han brings over 8 years of Project Management, Engineering, Customer Service, and Sales experience, which is vital to properly managing and expanding our metering solutions, adds William Castle, Senior Vice President. Han has a MBA degree in Management from West Chester University and a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University. His previous positions include Mid-Atlantic Sales Representative for RAMAR, Durham, NC and Technical Support Supervisor for CFM Technologies, West Chester, PA.
