Facilitate E-Appointment scheduling with excellent customer service and troubleshooting. Collaborate cross-functionality with internal teams and external partners to reduce wait times, resolve issues promptly, and ensure accurate field data and documentation.
Accurately enter information into electronic formats using word processing and data processing software. Must demonstrate proficiency, speed, and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain focus for extended periods to minimize errors. Handle sensitive information with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality, including willingness to train on relevant protocols.
Compile and analyze financial data to prepare entries for asset, liability, and capital accounts. Document financial transactions, recommend actions based on accounting analysis, and manage payroll and weekly tax preparation. Maintain detailed employee financial records, including pensions and pay rates. Collaborate closely with the Administrator, Project Managers, and customer service, support, and data entry teams to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
