IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19 AND APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING!
At National Metering Services, Inc., the health and safety of our customers, communities and employees is our top priority. We provide an essential service that is critically important to communities and utilities. In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic we are dedicated to following the regulations and guidelines established by the CDC and other governmental agencies.
We check the body temperature of all staff at the beginning of the work day and are asked questions regarding symptoms. All of our technicians are equipped with and required to wear COVID-19 related PPE, including Face Coverings. Our technicians must also sanitize their hands before and after each installation. Additionally, all company vehicles are sanitized with UV Light Wand at the end of shift.
For in home meter installations, a technician will need to enter your home and work in the area that your meter is located at.
