For in home meter installations, a technician will need to enter your home and work in the area where your meter is located. A person over the age of 18 must be present to allow access to your residence or business. Please keep all pets in a secure area away from technicians. Please clear the area around your meter.

We have two time slots available for appointments:
8:00 am to 1:00pm
12:00 pm to 5:00pm

Please remember that appointment schedules are between the hours of 8am-1pm and 12pm-5pm. Monday – Friday (with possible Saturday time slots available). Why do we schedule this way? Every job is different and can take different amounts of time to complete. Our goal is to make sure our technicians are well prepared, professional, courteous and complete each job in a timely manner. We will do everything we can to accommodate your requests. ensure each job is completed to National Metering standards and satisfaction while not inconveniencing our client any longer than necessary.
