To schedule your appointment online, simply visit our booking platform at nms-mdm.com/guest-schedule-appointment. Upon arrival, you’ll be prompted to enter your Reference Number and Pin Number, both of which can be found on the letter you’ve received from us or the water department.
Once you’ve entered these details, a calendar interface will appear, allowing you to select your preferred date. Choose between two convenient slots: our AM/PM slot,
AM SLOT: 8 AM to 1 PM
PM SLOT: 12 PM to 5 PM
